Yes, we understand that unexpected situations can happen.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 0% (no fees / full refund) if the cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the tour starts.
• 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made between 72 and 48 hours before the tour.
• 100% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the tour.
• It’s also possible to reschedule the tour depending on our availability. We may also offer a voucher valid for the next 24 months.

To keep the experience friendly and to allow for better interaction, the tour is limited to 12 people maximum.

No worries, we bring out the umbrellas! Barcelona still has plenty of charm, even in the rain. Of course, if the authorities issue a weather warning, the tour will be cancelled or rescheduled.

Yes! In summer, we stick to shaded areas, take regular breaks to stay hydrated, and adjust the pace for greater comfort.
