If you’re coming with a little one, we also offer child seats, again depending on availability. It’s best to mention this when you book so we can prepare everything in advance.

Yes, we understand that unexpected situations can happen.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 0% (no fees / full refund) if the cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the tour starts.
• 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made between 72 and 48 hours before the tour.
• 100% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the tour.
• It’s also possible to reschedule the tour depending on our availability. We may also offer a voucher valid for the next 24 months.

We limit group size to 10 people maximum to keep things friendly and ensure everyone gets personal attention.
